IT Product Owner Supply and Production Planning (m/f/d)

This is how you WOW:

• You have two roles in this position: As a squadleader, you will coordinate several IT products within the squad, aligning the roadmap, managing capacity planning and mediating between several product owners.
• As a Product Owner, you will also lead a cross-functional, agile team and implement digital solutions to evolve our planning processes (demand, supply chain & production).
• In close collaboration with stakeholders, you will perform requirements engineering and decide on adjustments to be made to the planning and production process.
• You will prioritise the overall product backlog, plan the resources required for the implementation in the team and manage the connection to existing IT systems (e.g. SAP R3/S4, SAP APO).
• You will make decisions on the implementation of software solutions, taking into account IT governance to map end-to-end processes, and manage the connection to existing IT systems.
• You will coordinate the go-live and rollout phases and be responsible for the future IT operation of Kinaxis Rapid Response and the sunset of the SAP APO system.
• Last but not least, you will use a wide range of agile methods and tools and promote the digital mindset in the team

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• An academic degree in business/technical field (e.g., Informatics, Business Informatics, Business Administration) or equivalent, combined with several years of relevant work experience.
• Strong expertise in planning, designing, implementing, and managing (IT) projects. Ideally experience in managing external service providers.
• Very good knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response and Supply Chain Planning processes.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP R3/S4, APO and PP) and the interface architecture to SAP MM and SD is desirable.
• Proficient in various agile and classical IT methods (waterfall, SCRUM, Kanban, Design Thinking, etc.).
• Fluent in German and English, with a confident demeanor.
• Open and goal-oriented communication, analytical and business acumen, innovative mindset, process affinity, and strong solution orientation complete your profile.
