R&D Engineer

This is how you WOW:

• Graduate a Technical University (mechanical or electrical);

• Experience in working in 3D software (CATIA skills is an advantage);

• Good mechanical and electrical knowledge. Experience in plastic processing is an advantage;

• Self-motivated, detail oriented and well organized;

• Good English skills;

• Able to work independently and efficiently;

• Innovative approach.

• Willing to travel (maximum 25% of the time)

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Define concepts for the new projects;

• Analyze carefully together with the members of the Project Team if the concept meets the requirements from the Product Description;

• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings for each part of the product developed;

• Analyze carefully the prototype and the test reports performed on prototypes or on the products;

• Propose solutions for the problems found during the tests performed on the products he/she is responsible;

• Analyze the construction of the tools together with the toolmaker;

• Estimate the cost of the product and the tooling cost;

• Define the time schedule for the complete project together with the Project Team
